Operating through 128 Company-operated treatment centers, Greenbrook is a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (“TMS”), an FDA-cleared, non-invasive therapy for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder and other mental health disorders, in the United States. TMS therapy provides local electromagnetic stimulation to specific brain regions known to be directly associated with mood regulation. Greenbrook has provided more than 620,000 TMS treatments to over 17,000 patients struggling with depression.

Bill Leonard, President & CEO of Greenbrook: "I really don't don't think people understand the impact depression has. I had a chance to see up close and personal someone who I love very much go through a bout of depression and then I saw the treatment she got for depression. To watch someone I love just be sunken and withdrawn and change physically, I felt helpless, and I just felt there had to be something better out there."

Dr. Geoffrey Grammer, Chief Medical Officer for Greenbrook: "All the things I've done in medicine, the thing that has been sort of most transformative has been TMS."

Dr. Misty Borst, Medical Director for Greenbrook's Maryland Region: "TMS stands for transcranial magnetic stimulation. It is a non-invasive, FDA approved therapy for the treatment of depression."

Dr. Don DuBose, Medical Director for Greenbrook's South Carolina Region: "We're all taught that the treatment for depression is talk therapy and medications. For some people that just doesn't work."

Dr. Will Sauvé, Medical Director for Greenbrook's Virginia Region: "You look at any medication that has been FDA approved approved for depression between the mid-1980s and now, most of them are all just kind of a different spin on one or more of three different things."

Dr. Borst: "And then TMS came along. TMS was radically different from the other depression treatments."

Dr. Grammer: "It was clear very early on that this was a paradigm

changer in the field of psychiatry and when people respond to TMS they respond in ways that are far more dramatic than I've seen with other modalities."

Dr. Sauvé: "Almost never in just about any psychiatrist career can you expect to have regular conversations with people who have gotten well."

Dr. Grammer: "TMS is targeted to the individual. We measure on that person's head exactly the spot that is associated with depressive symptoms."

Dr. Borst: "And by that we know exactly where to move for that patient's particular head and brain to optimize the treatment."

Dr. Grammer: "So what we're doing is a high-low to find out just the right amount of energy to stimulate your brain."

Mr. Leonard: "At Greenbrook, we handle all the insurance dialogue, we work with the patient in terms of convenient hours for that patient to come."

Dr. Grammer: "We will take people by the hand and help them through the entire process in a way that is very comfortable and quite pleasant.

Bill Leonard:  And I think that's a real advantage, when you are able to take the stress out of that patient's TMS therapy journey."

Dr. DuBose: "The patient experience is second to none. Greenbrook has done a great job of making the experience succinct and easy."

Dr. Grammer: "Everyone who is involved in the company have had either a family member, or loved one, a friend, who have been impacted by a mental health issue and that sort of gives us a zeal to do everything we can to get this therapy out to those who need it."
